Guy Reypert

Director - Business Development

Guy's role is to source investments and partnerships for netus, and to support the management teams within those investments.

Guy has experience in corporate development, private equity and management consulting. Prior to joining netus, he was Business Development Director at News Digital Media (NDM), the online arm of News Corporation's Australian operations. In this role, Guy led NDM's investment in what is now Australia’s leading shopping price comparison engine, getprice.com.au.

Guy was also an Investment Director at Gresham Private Equity, a mid-market private equity management firm which specialises in buy-outs in Australia and New Zealand. Guy's role included leading investments in the retail and communications sectors, and supporting the management of portfolio companies. For example, Guy was involved in establishing and strengthening these companies' management teams, and working alongside those teams on strategy and operations.Guy also represented Gresham on the boards of portfolio companies.

In addition, Guy has 4 years experience with strategy consulting firm, L.E.K. Consulting, in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Bangkok. While at L.E.K., he worked with corporations, private equity firms and government agencies on strategy development and mergers and acquisitions. He particularly focused on the telecommunications and retail sectors, and on providing deal support for private equity and corporate clients.

Guy is currently on the Boards of Our Deal, a netus-backed group buying business, and the Apparel Group, a privately-owned fashion retailer.

Guy has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Modern History from Oxford University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management
